Are results always correct?
No detector is perfect. Don't blindly trust results—use the outcome alongside your best judgment.
Do you keep my uploads?
Uploads are processed and then deleted. We keep the results (not your file) for a limited time so you can revisit scans in your account.
Why do some URLs fail to scan?
Some sites and most social platforms block direct access to their content. If a URL scan fails, try downloading and uploading it instead.
How do tokens work?
Each scan uses tokens. Your remaining balance is shown on the Scan page and in your account billing area. Tokens roll over each month.
